Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags attached (if applicable)
- In its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, Everdayly will cover return shipping (or send a replacement) after we review the issue.

For all other returns (for example: changed mind, ordered by mistake, or the item is no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Address
Returns must be sent to the return address provided by Everdayly support after your return is approved. Please do not send returns to the address shown on the website or to the carrier return address.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide:
- A return shipping label (when applicable, only if Everdayly covers return shipping)
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims submitted after this time frame may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if you notice any of the following:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
Include clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or beauty products

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
- Return the original item (once approved)
- Place a new order separately
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days
- Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund
